In saying that we don’t have time for something, often we mean that thing is not a priority. If something is a priority or holds value, we can always make time for it.
By being present in our interactions, we show genuine interest in the person at hand. Being present is something we don’t always think about, but intentionally striving to be in the present moment will enrich interactions and build more meaningful relationships.
If our lives are cluttered with too much, it becomes difficult to find the things that hold the greatest value.
